Ministers In Training
Ministers In Training (MIT) is designed to equip church leaders for the work of the ministry.
MIT provides the framework for church leaders to develop sound theology, ministerial effectiveness, and leadership skills.
The pastor combines his theological and business training along with ministry experience to help leaders formulate their theology and practice of ministry. MIT provides an environment for "iron to sharpen iron", via lecture, ministry practice, group process, and informal and formal written assignments.
